Privacy & cookie policy

Last updated: 17 August 2026

Your privacy is important to us. Here we explain which personal data we collect when you use digitalinbjudan.com, why we do so and what rights you have. We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data controller

Digitalinbjudan is run by LulliBulli AB, which is the data controller for the processing of your personal data.

Contact us at info@digitalinbjudan.com if you have any questions about this policy or about your data.

What data we collect

When you send an enquiry via the form, we collect the details you enter yourself:

We use these details solely to be able to reply to your enquiry and to correspond with you about an order, by email or telephone. The legal basis is the need to take steps at your request before any contract is entered into.

How enquiries are sent

The form is processed on our web hosting with Simply.com and sent to our email via their mail server. A temporary session cookie protects the form and confirms a submitted enquiry. To limit spam, submission attempts are counted using a hash of the IP address; the content of the form is not stored in this counter.

Cookies

A cookie is a small text file that is stored in your browser. We use cookies for two purposes:

Marketing cookies are activated only if you consent in the cookie banner. Until you consent, Google's tracking is switched off by means of Google Consent Mode. The legal basis for these cookies is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

How long we keep the data

Data from enquiries is kept for as long as is needed to handle your enquiry and any order, and is then deleted. You can ask us to erase your data at any time.

We never sell your data

We do not disclose your personal data to third parties for their marketing. Data is shared only with the services needed to run the site (e.g. email delivery and, with your consent, Google Ads).

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

Contact us at info@digitalinbjudan.com and we will help you. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) or the data protection authority in your country.
